Ocean Mechanical Inc. is a very distinctive based mechanical and plumbing company serving the Toronto and the surrounding areas. We are a company with extensive knowledge of all aspects related to plumbing, heating and gas piping installations and service. We have gained a large customer base over the past years due to our dedication and quality workmanship which simply demonstrates our passion and hard work for this industry.
Ocean Mechanical Inc. was established by Michael DiCio and Rick Baldassini in early 2006. They had such a strong passion and were driven to maintain customer satisfaction; which lead Ocean Mechanical Inc. to providing superior service and commitment. The company has grown within the community and surrounding areas with a staff of 20 employees currently. We provide mandatory training for all of our staff in all technical aspects and customer service seminars.
Safety meetings are held every month and tool box talks for Ocean staff to voice opinions on job conditions and customer concerns to improve service. Ocean Mechanical Inc. has completed over 35,000 service calls over the last nine consecutive years for Housing Solutions Inc and Toronto Community Housing. Ocean Mechanical Inc. installed over 15,000 water meters in 2011 to date and ongoing; for Neptune Technology Group which has ongoing contracts with the City of Toronto, City of Markham, and Richmond Hill. Also providing 24/7 plumbing and heating service to various property management companies and residential areas across the city. We have dedicated staff available day or night by phone or via email.
With an outstanding record, our customer satisfaction is very high on the priority list at Ocean Mechanical Inc. every effort is made to ensure that customers are treated courteously, fairly, promptly and that honest advice is provided. Ocean Mechanical Inc. welcomes customers’ complaints, praises and suggestions.

Ocean Mechanical Inc. also supports a wide range of Charity Events such as Hospital for Sick Kids Foundation, Alzheimer Society of Ontario, The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, The United Way and various Youth Programs such as YMCA.
